Easy Guide to Viewing Your Billing Information and Balance in Maxchat

Understanding your account details, such as subscription fees and balance usage, is important. At Maxchat, we want to make sure you can access this information easily and without worrying about technical details.

All information related to your billing and balance can be found in one place: the Billing sub-menu.

In this section, you can view essential information such as:

  • Your subscription cost.
  • The remaining subscription duration.
  • The next renewal date.
  • Your current balance, displayed on the Current Balance card.

If you need to top up your balance, the easiest way is to contact our support team.

The Billing sub-menu is divided into two main sections to make navigation simple.


Payment History

This section contains a record of all billing-related transactions or activities you have made in Maxchat. The information is displayed in an easy-to-read table format.

In the Payment History table, you will find the following columns for each transaction:

  • Issued At: The exact date and time when the transaction occurred.
  • Type: Describes the type of transaction (for example, subscription payment, balance top-up, and so on).
  • Amount: Shows the value or cost of the transaction.
  • Valid Until: For subscription transactions, this indicates the expiry date of your subscription period.
  • Billing Period: Displays the subscription duration for the transaction.
  • Action: This column contains a "Invoice" button. Click it to view and download the official invoice document for that transaction.

Balance Usage

While Payment History tracks money in and out, the Balance Usage section shows how your balance has been used over time. This information is also displayed in a table format.

In the Balance Usage table, you will find details for each usage record:

  • Date: The date when the balance was used.
  • Item: The message category that consumed the balance (for example, WhatsApp messages, Instagram messages, and others).
  • Amount: The cost per conversation session that deducted the balance.
  • Balance: The remaining balance after the conversation session cost was deducted.

Helpful Features in Balance Usage: Download and Filter

In the Balance Usage section, there are two useful features that help you manage your balance usage data more efficiently.

  • Download Report: If you need a full record of your balance history, you can download it by clicking the Download button available in the Balance Usage tab. After clicking, you will be redirected to a page displaying your balance report.
  • Filter Data: To quickly find specific balance usage records, you can filter the data in the table. You can filter by:
